Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the EVnation website or engaging our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EVnation website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

EVnation provides EV charger and solar installation services, estimates, and related consultation as a licensed C10 Electrical Contractor. All estimates are provided for informational purposes and final pricing is subject to a site assessment.

Scheduling, permitting, and installation timelines may vary based on local jurisdiction requirements, utility coordination, and equipment availability.

EVnation also provides EV charger installation services for multifamily and commercial properties, including apartment communities, homeowners associations, and property management companies ("Commercial Clients"). Scope of work, pricing, and timelines for Commercial Clients may differ from residential services and will be outlined in a separate written proposal or agreement prior to any installation.

3. Estimates & Financing

Savings estimates, tax credit information, and financing terms (including advertised rates such as 2.99%) are illustrative and depend on individual eligibility, credit approval, and current program availability. EVnation does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

Profit projections, rebate estimates, and depreciation figures shown in our interactive calculators or marketing materials — including estimates of annual charging revenue, parking premium income, or total potential profit — are illustrative only, based on user-provided inputs and general assumptions. Actual results depend on utility rates, resident usage patterns, applicable tax circumstances, and eligibility for specific rebate or incentive programs, and EVnation does not guarantee any specific financial outcome for Commercial Clients or residential customers.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their property, electrical system, and vehicle, and for ensuring safe access to the installation area. Inaccurate information may affect pricing and scheduling.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVnation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or EVnation's services shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law, and shall not be brought as a class or representative action.

7. Changes to These Terms

EVnation reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
